Legend of Hao Lan

Yu Sikou wants to marry Hao Lan because she loves her beauty. Li has to agree as Yu Sikou helped him get promoted.

Hao Lan is arrested by Xiu Yu’s followers. She is forced to throw herself off the cliff, but Lu Buwei saves her.

Lu Buwei asks Hao Lan to learn to play zither and dance with the music teacher. Lu Buwei knows that Hao Lan is ambitious and does not plan to back down.

Princess Ya begs Queen Li to forgive Yi Ren, but the Queen believes that Yi Ren wants to use the Princess. Princess Ya blames her mother for having only power in her eyes.

Lu Buwei seeks out Li Hao Lanthanum and takes her out of Handan to prevent the battle between Qin and Zhao.

Yin Xiaochun and Gao Haoyang are missing, so Gongziyu and Gongzijiao send people to look for them. King Zhao instructs his emissaries to interrogate Hao Lan and Lu Buwei.

The doctor who came to treat Gao, tells everyone that he is fine and can attend the birthday banquet. Gao insists that Hao Lan lead the affairs related to the celebration.

Zhao Wang admires Princess Qionghua’s beauty and falls in love with her. He is tired of being with Hao Lan all day behind her.

Qionghua makes his recommendations to Hao Lan to host the state banquet. She complies with many of the orders and other royal preparations, but seeks help.

A stranger comes to see Hao Lan and confesses his love to her. Lu Buwei witnesses everything and leaves frustrated.
